Berkay Arslan is an associate at Kabine Law Office. Mr. Arslan focuses his practice on international investment and commercial arbitration. He has represented clients across various sectors including construction, steel, automotive, agriculture, and telecommunications before arbitral tribunals under the ICSID, ICC, LCIA, and ISTAC rules, as well as before local courts. In addition to handling contentious matters, Mr. Arslan advises clients on cross-border business transactions, addressing a wide range of regulatory and contract interpretation issues. His practice also covers the prosecution of white-collar crimes in Turkey and foreign jurisdictions, alongside corporate and personal wealth restructurings.
