Erdinç Karlı is the Chief Financial Officer at Kabine Law Office, where he oversees all financial operations. With nearly forty years of experience across diverse sectors, including audit, tourism, industry, fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and education, Mr. Karlı has held senior executive and CFO positions in both national and multinational companies in Türkiye and abroad.

Mr. Karlı has expertise in taxation, treasury, accounting, cost management, reporting, and system development, and has extensive experience in purchasing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and investment financing. He has successfully managed a range of financing activities, including bond issuances and large-scale investment projects requiring complex international financing models and export credit facilities from various countries. Notably, he led the first investment financing project by the IFC in the pharmaceutical sector.

Throughout his career, Mr. Karlı has overseen the establishment of new systems, the restructuring of teams, and the reorganization of companies in line with market dynamics. Beyond his financial leadership, he has contributed to sales, marketing, and supply chain processes, enhancing corporate growth and strategic development.

Erdinç Karlı has been active in several civil society organizations and has served on multiple boards. He has also taught financial literacy to graduate students at Bahçeşehir University.
