Prior to joining Kabine, Ms. Ceylan earned her LL.M. at Harvard Law School, where she served as editor of the Harvard International Law Journal and Harvard Human Rights Journal and vice president of the Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association. She also received advanced certifications in ICSID arbitration and FIDIC contracts and won second prize in the 2023 EFILA Young Practitioners and Scholars Essay Competition for her article “Observations on Taxation-Based Claims in International Investment Arbitration: Does the Power to Tax Involve the Power to Extinguish?”
