Gülnur Ceylan is an associate at Kabine Law Office. Ms. Ceylan focuses her practice on international investment and commercial arbitration. She has represented clients in construction, engineering, banking, energy, and healthcare disputes before tribunals under ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, and ISTAC rules, as well as before local courts. Beyond contentious work, she advises crypto asset funds on compliance, finance agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Kabine, Ms. Ceylan earned her LL.M. at Harvard Law School, where she served as editor of the Harvard International Law Journal and Harvard Human Rights Journal and vice president of the Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association. She also received advanced certifications in ICSID arbitration and FIDIC contracts and won second prize in the 2023 EFILA Young Practitioners and Scholars Essay Competition for her article “Observations on Taxation-Based Claims in International Investment Arbitration: Does the Power to Tax Involve the Power to Extinguish?”
