Dr. Osman Gazi Güçlütürk is an Assistant Professor of IT Law at Galatasaray University and an Affiliated Fellow at Yale Law School’s Information Society Project. As a prominent scholar in technology regulation and governance, his expertise encompasses a broad range of topics, including AI compliance, internet and platform regulation, data protection, digital copyright, and fintech law.

Before joining Galatasaray University, Dr. Güçlütürk taught IT Law at Boğaziçi University and led legal and regulatory efforts at Holistic AI, a London-based AI audit firm. His academic work and teaching experience focus on the intersection of technology, law, and policy, with a particular emphasis on AI governance. Dr. Güçlütürk actively advises both private and public organizations at national and international levels on emerging technology regulation and regularly contributes to global policy discussions and initiatives that are shaping the future of digital governance.
