Barış Yavuz is an associate at Kabine Law Office, where he represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings before domestic courts and arbitral tribunals. His practice also covers the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards, as well as contract law, construction law, commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Yavuz is particularly active in complex commercial disputes across a range of sectors, including e-commerce, construction, energy, and infrastructure. His experience further extends to shareholder disputes and the strategic management of pre-dispute processes. In addition to his dispute resolution work, he provides comprehensive legal support to domestic and international clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, including the conduct of legal due diligence, the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and the structuring, interpretation, and implementation of contractual arrangements in both domestic and cross-border commercial relationships.
