İlker Demirtaş is a senior associate at Kabine Law Office. Mr. Demirtaş mainly focuses on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, corporate and commercial law, contract law, banking and finance, and data privacy. He has represented clients on numerous M&A projects, having notable experience in due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, signing and closing phases. He also advises foreign and local clients in telecommunications, technology, software, cyber security, industry, aviation, banking and finance, energy, luxury, retail and tourism sectors.
