Lara Oranlı is an associate at Kabine Law Office. Qualified both in Türkiye and England & Wales, Ms. Oranlı specialises in international dispute resolution. She has advised and represented clients in investor–state and commercial matters across a range of industries, including construction, energy, defence, telecommunications, and hospitality. She has also worked in shipping and commodities arbitrations. Ms. Oranlı’s experience includes proceedings under various institutional rules, such as ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, AAA, LMAA, FOSFA, GAFTA, and ISTAC. She has also advised clients on actions for enforcement and set-aside of arbitral awards in a variety of jurisdictions and has acted in litigation before both English and Turkish courts. Ms. Oranlı additionally advises clients on prosecutions of white-collar crimes with cross-border aspects.

Following the completion of her LLM, Ms. Oranlı served at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, where she worked on arbitration policy-making initiatives. She subsequently joined the arbitration team of a top-30 UK law firm in London, where she primarily focused on construction and commodities arbitrations, before rejoining Kabine to continue her practice.
