Svetlana Evliya is Of Counsel at Kabine Law Office, specialising in investment arbitration and international commercial disputes. She advises on matters arising under bilateral investment treaties and other international investment protection instruments, as well as on complex cross-border commercial disputes.

Her experience includes representing private investors, multinational companies, sovereign States and State-owned entities in disputes across the construction, infrastructure, energy, agriculture and pharmaceutical sectors. She has handled matters involving questions of jurisdiction, liability, damages, enforcement and asset recovery, and has acted throughout all stages of arbitral proceedings.

Ms. Evliya has represented clients in proceedings conducted under the ICSID, ICC and UNCITRAL Rules.
