Tolga Bayrak is a senior associate at Kabine Law Office. Mr. Bayrak, dual qualified in Turkey and England & Wales, focuses his practice on international investment and commercial arbitration. He has represented clients active in construction, energy, infrastructure, defense and manufacturing sectors before ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL and ISTAC tribunals, as well as before local courts for arbitration-related proceedings or other commercial disputes. Mr. Bayrak also provides legal and strategic consultancy on a range of non-contentious matters, particularly in construction project management.
