Tolga Bayrak is an associate at Kabine Law Office. Mr. Bayrak, dual qualified in Turkey and England & Wales, focuses his practice on international investment and commercial arbitration, litigation, and international human rights law. He has represented clients active in construction, energy, telecommunication, defense and automotive sectors before arbitral tribunals, local courts and ECHR. Mr. Bayrak also provides legal and strategic consultancy on a range of non-contentious matters, including negotiation and drafting of business contracts, and on e-commerce, technology, and consumer law matters.
